Birth of a new Product

"Only when we sow seeds, can we reap trees"..as the saying goes ,every product ever built, every company ever founded has a series of activities that go hand in hand… Let us know the steps for the origin and establishment of a new product and eventually it's company..

1.Epiphany: An idea can come from anywhere, anytime..we just need to be observant. Sometimes necessity creates it, sometimes wanting to make the existing better,sometimes the passion. Observation is the key. 

2.Out-sketch:Once the idea is popped , get to sketching the needs to achieve it. It could be raw materials, 

land,workers,budget etc...jot it down. 

3.Plan: Planning is life saving. Life should be planned perfectly and executed with as much perfection as possible.

So is with the product. Plan each and every step out sketched .. before execution.. 

4. Resource Collection: Collection of resources is a vital and required step without which execution is impossible. Resources could include raw materials, labor , site for workplace etc. 

5.Prototype Creation: A prototype of the product must first be made and tested before making the finished goods. This helps in tracking down the modifications needed ,errors etc., that when not done ,,may lead to huge loss of effort, time and money. 

6.Execution: The last step to realizing our dream product. It should be done keeping in mind all the past errors and modifications to enjoy best results..
