After 4 years if the verdict, now the dream is realized, Ram Mandir is all ready for the consecration on 22 Jan 2024. Another pride for me is the fact that Ram lalla's idol .
Renowned sculptor Arun Yogiraj from Karnataka has crafted the idol of 'Ram Lalla,' set to be installed in the Ayodhya Ram temple on January 22. The dimensions of Lord Shri Ram's idol and its placement have been meticulously planned with input from leading space scientists. The design ensures that on every Ram Navami, specifically the ninth day of the Chaitra month's Shukla Paksha, Lord Surya will naturally anoint Shri Ram as sunlight directly illuminates his forehead at noon.
Yogiraj and his team used the unique Krishna Shila stone from Bujjegoudanapura village in Mysuru district, Karnataka, to sculpt the 51-inch idol. This stone's distinct qualities, such as the absence of mica and its softness, make it easily carvable, though it hardens over 2-3 years.
Ram Bhakt organizations, active across Karnataka, are distributing turmeric-laced rice grains (akshathe) and Kannada-printed invitation cards ahead of the Ram temple consecration on January 22. They encourage households to perform pooja, light lamps, and pray for the country's well-being. Invitations are extended to attend a special Rama pooja ceremony at the local Hanuman temple on the morning of January 22.
Expressing the emotional connection Indians feel toward their Gods, there's appreciation for Prime Minister Narendra Modi for initiating and realizing this significant development. The temple is now a revered pilgrimage site for Hindus.
Beyond the religious celebrations, attention is drawn to the economic impact on Ayodhya and Bharath. Airfares to Ayodhya have surged, coinciding with the establishment of the new Maharishi Valmiki International Airport in Ayodhya, inaugurated by PM Modi on December 30. The airport's design mirrors the upcoming Shri Ram Mandir, combining modern construction with traditional temple architecture in its 6500 square meters terminal. In its first phase, the airport aims to serve around 10 lakh passengers annually, situated approximately 15 kilometers from Ayodhya's main city.
According to the Tourism Department, Ayodhya has experienced a substantial increase in tourist numbers, from 3.25 lakh in 2021 to an impressive 2.39 crore in 2022. This figure escalated to 31.5 crore in 2023, as reported by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
Its a total Win Win to Bharath. Ram Mandir is a symbol of Great devotion, Success of Honesty, Shree Ram is a paragon for excellence, the greatest ruler, a great personality who had control over all his senses. We have loads to learn from his stories. I'm so happy that the whole world will witness this abundance of wisdom from India.
Siavar Ram Chandra ki Jai. Pavanputra Hanuman ki Jai. Jai Sia Raam.
