I'm back with my most awaited blog, Book recommendations. Lockdown made me push myself to become a book buff, not entirely agile tho, working on it, aiming on becoming an omnilegent. 📑🔖

Here goes my list so far.
1.How to win friends and influence people(Self help)
This was the book I received as a prize. I had judged book by cover and not read this wonderful book for 2 years. It is a must read for each and every person irrespective of their profession. It's on communication and psychology of people,where much required to develop and enhance all types of relationship. 2.As a man thinketh.(Self help)
The smallest book possible with greatest trove of treasure. Hardly 30 pages read to hit you hard to change the way you think. But I feel it was comprehensive to me at first go since I had seen a lot about positive thinking and law of attraction videos this season,but you can definitely give a try. A straight forward book with no overflow content added for the sake of page fill.

3.The monk who sold his Ferrari( Self help)
This one I started as pdf read, but since it seemed like the same contents of the Secret and positive thinking, I switched to audiobook listening. A nice read in order to understand how one can get into a life that one wants, both internally and externally with the help of few characters. Mentioning India and Indians was my point of pride and ecstasy.
4. The Accidental Bride(Romantic Fiction)
This is the first web novel and book that I read on suggestion of my mom to start with a romantic one to build interest in novels. This is a cute novel of 2 friends that by an accidental marriage at Vegas get chance to expose and explore their latent love for each other that was subdued by a platonic friendship. The way they care for each other and stand by one another is the highlight of the novel. I liked it for the fact that it was so captivating without much storyline and drama...

5.The Alchemist( Adventure Fiction)
The best book I have ever read . One cannot write a better fictional self help book ,I would like to refer it as, than this gem. It kept my attention like anything. Each page had its worth as high as Himalayas. No one was just a passerby character. My favourite lines ,I would like to put out here,...spoiler alert,this may change your life if implemented properly,my handpicks from this magnum opus , quite long,but worth the read...
And, when you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it.
It's the possibility of having a dream come true that makes life interesting.
