2022 wrapped up, 2023 amped up - Shout-out to yourself( self-appreciation post)

This blog is dedicated to the year 2022, especially to give a shout-out to yourself. Why is it necessary? Why do you even have to give a shout-out to yourself? Who would give it if not you? Yes.

This is for the You that has struggled the entire year to run after your dreams, to achieve the impossible, and to make yourself happy. This is for that you that has always craved for getting the best and have put in all the effort and might or might not have seen the required results. This is to just keep you going despite all the struggles and hardships you have faced the whole year. So why specifically now?

The concept of gratitude, which is what I started my podcast with, is a vital concept. Gratitude is the most important asset in everyone's life. It should be. If you are not grateful for what you have already, you will not be able to attract more, you will not be able to gain more. So, it becomes very important for you that you be grateful. Not just to the resources, but the blessings that you have in life. Be grateful to yourself. For yourself. Because you have stood by, come what may have, forsaken you. You might be fired, you might be thrown out of a relationship, or you might have broken up, but you stood by yourself for that. Yes, this is the shout-out to that you.

You have been a warrior throughout the year. Remember that. Never forsake yourself. This year, you've been working overtime on your dream, figuring out your direction, taking care of your mental health, trying to feel comfortable in your skin, building your connections, attending to your family, and improving your sleep. You must always be grateful for what you have done already. Yes, there are times we feel guilty about our chores or actions. Yes, it happens. We are humans. We are bound to err.

Don't blame yourself for that. Having said this, I know myself. I'm the biggest critic of myself and I don't usually give credit to whatever I do have been that, not-so-ideal person myself. And I, along with you, wish to change this attitude of my mind myself.

Yes. We will be ready with the 2023 resolution soon. And we have so much to accomplish. Dream for. Get it. Go get it. Yes. But just talk for a while, take a pause and just review how you've been throughout the years. I'm sure you have bettered yourself. Yes. You might not be the same warrior you were before. There might be some point of time in life where you might have gone down the scale, might have gone down, the results are not up to Mark. Yes, it happens. Trust me, it happens. So, it's on YOU to find out that opportunity again and rise like a phoenix, like never seen before. Bring on that form of yourself and, you know, go forward. That is what life is meant to be. Whenever life gives you lemons, make lemonade. Right?

You're an energetic being. Your thoughts, words, feelings, and actions all contribute to your vibrations. By focusing on what you want and aligning your vibrations with it, you can attract positive outcomes in life. Just be sure that no matter what happens, you don't forsake yourself. You don't leave your hands. You plead to others to never leave you. Why do you want others’ support? Do it for yourself, right? You need that.

I know it's tough times right now. Hiring is on freeze, recession, people getting. Fired all over the world, it's tough times. The impact of COVID-19 and the Ukraine war is all happening now.

But every calamity has the potential to become a great opportunity.

Who knows why this is happening to you? You should know that, you have to. Give time for yourself.  Meditate, if you already meditate, you're blessed already. You're a winner already if you can meditate. Meditate and find your path and grow there.

Because until and unless you discover yourself, you can't do what you're meant to do and what you're best at.


You think you're doing well and then suddenly you're all alone and you are not sure how to distract yourself anymore. You don't need that solemnity. You don't need to be in a lonely state. I don't like to be alone either. But there are times you need to be alone. Tap that inner self and ask, why am I here? What should I do? Please guide me, what drives me? You'll have to tap into that state. Meditation helps in that, even if you're not meditating, what I can say is that even if I should follow through, that just. Keep learning new skills. Don't waste time at any cost. Most certainly, you'll be needed time for relaxation. Relaxation is different. Time waste is different. So, we need to figure out the differences between relaxation and wasting time and decode the mystical powers within us. And be great. Because and in the end, it's you against you fighting for yourself. 

You need to stand up for yourself so you need to be well-equipped. You've learned some tough lessons this year and fought battles to earn peace. So now reward yourself with some time to rest, find calm, and ease. So, this is what I meant to provide in the maybe last episode of the blog. This year has been not up to my expectations, but it has been more in many other sectors than I hoped for. Yes, you can imply it for yourself, for your circumstances.
